Single-sided NFM111 cathode sheets
Pre-coated layered-oxide electrodes for sodium-ion cell development. The single-sided coating leaves two aluminium edge strips exposed for current collection and handling. Cut the sheets to your electrode geometry before drying and cell assembly.

Nominal/reference values. Coating loading refers to the composite layer, not active material alone. The photograph illustrates the coated face of one sheet. Confirm the finished sheet thickness before use in a thickness-critical assembly.
Preparation and storage
Keep moisture exposure low
Vacuum-dry before use and store opened sheets in a glovebox. Confirm the drying cycle against the batch documentation and your cell chemistry.
Handle the coating carefully
Use clean tools; avoid scraping the coating or generating dust. Consult the applicable safety data sheet and your laboratory handling procedure before cutting or assembling electrodes.
