Double-sided NFM111 cathode sheets
Pre-coated layered-oxide electrodes for sodium-ion cell development. The double-sided coating leaves two aluminium edge strips exposed for current collection and handling. Cut the sheets to your electrode geometry before drying and cell assembly.

Nominal/reference values. Coating thickness and loading are interpreted as combined values for both faces, consistent with the total thickness and compaction density. Coating loading refers to the composite layer. The photograph illustrates the upper coated face of one sheet.
Preparation and storage
Keep moisture exposure low
Vacuum-dry before use and store opened sheets in a glovebox. Confirm the drying cycle against the batch documentation and your cell chemistry.
Handle the coating carefully
Use clean tools; avoid scraping the coating or generating dust. Consult the applicable safety data sheet and your laboratory handling procedure before cutting or assembling electrodes.
