Double-side ceramic-coated lithium-ion battery separator roll based on a polyethylene (PE) microporous substrate coated on both sides with alumina (Al₂O₃), designed to enhance thermal stability, mechanical strength, and safety in advanced Li-ion battery applications.

The separator combines the flexibility of a PE base film (16 µm) with dual Al₂O₃ ceramic layers (~2 µm per side), providing improved resistance to thermal shrinkage and better dimensional stability under elevated temperature conditions. It is suitable for lithium-ion pouch cells, cylindrical cells, and laboratory-scale battery development requiring reinforced separator performance.
