Ready-to-use 113 µm aluminum laminated film sheets for laboratory pouch-cell preparation and heat sealing. The PA / bonding layer / aluminum / PP laminate combines mechanical protection, barrier performance and an inner heat-sealable surface in practical pre-cut formats.

Standard laboratory-grade thickness combining PA protection, aluminum barrier performance and a PP sealing surface.
Formable laminate
4.5 mm forming-depth test index with no fracture or delamination under the stated forming test conditions.

Each configuration is supplied in packs of 20 sheets for research, development and prototype-scale battery assembly.
PA / aluminum / PP multilayer construction
The 113 µm laminate combines an outer polyamide layer for mechanical protection, an aluminum foil barrier layer and an inner polypropylene surface for pouch-cell heat sealing.
The multilayer construction is permanently bonded into a flexible laminate suitable for laboratory pouch-cell enclosure preparation and sealing.
