S4R PFA Straight Tube Unions are designed to connect two equal-size fluoropolymer tubes in laboratory, chemical and fluid-handling systems. Their PFA construction provides broad chemical resistance while the compact straight configuration allows convenient integration into analytical equipment, electrochemical systems and laboratory fluid lines. Selected metric and fractional tube sizes are available for common laboratory tubing installations.

Pressure, Temperature & Installation Notice
The stated 125 psig (8.6 bar) maximum working pressure and −18 to +200 °C temperature range are supplier-provided values. Allowable operating pressure decreases as temperature increases and also depends on tubing, installation and complete system conditions. The supplier recommends maintaining a substantial safety margin below the stated maximum pressure. For pressurized, vacuum-critical or safety-critical systems, verify the complete installation and chemical compatibility under the intended operating conditions before use.
