S4R PET Polyester Insulating Film is a thin, transparent electrical insulation film designed for laboratory component protection, electrochemical cell insulation and general technical applications. The 0.05 mm (50 µm) thickness provides a flexible insulating layer suitable for precise cutting and integration into compact assemblies. Standard sheet formats are available together with custom-cut dimensions and shapes.

• Sheets can be cut to customer-defined dimensions or shapes.
• Custom strips, discs, annular pieces and insulating liners are available according to the required geometry.
• Custom-cut PET insulation can be supplied for stainless-steel electrochemical cell bodies, including Swagelok-type laboratory cell geometries. Contact S4R with the required dimensions or drawing.
Technical Notes
• The 0.05 mm thickness is suitable for applications requiring a thin electrical isolation layer with minimal added thickness.
• Avoid creasing, scratching or puncturing the film where electrical isolation is critical.
• Maximum temperature suitability depends on exposure duration and the specific operating environment.
