The S4R KF Vacuum Male Thread Adapter provides a compact transition between a standard KF vacuum flange and a compatible female threaded connection.

Manufactured from 304 stainless steel, the adapter combines a KF quick-flange interface with an integrated male PT pipe thread, allowing vacuum and gas-handling components to be connected to threaded laboratory equipment, valves, manifolds and furnace assemblies.

The S4R range is intentionally limited to four commonly useful configurations: KF16 × 1/4", KF25 × 1/4", KF40 × 1/2" and KF50 × 1/2". Additional KF and thread combinations are available on request.

Connection Principle
KF Side Connects using the corresponding KF centering ring and quick clamp
Thread Side Male PT thread connects to a compatible female threaded component
Technical Notes
• Select the adapter according to both the required KF flange size and male thread size.
• Confirm that the mating threaded component uses a compatible PT connection before assembly.
• A compatible KF centering ring, O-ring and quick clamp are required to complete the KF-side connection.
• Vacuum performance depends on the complete installation, threaded connection, sealing method and connected equipment.
