The S4R KF Flexible Stainless Steel Vacuum Hose provides a flexible connection between compatible KF vacuum components while accommodating installation constraints, routing requirements and limited relative movement within laboratory vacuum systems.

Manufactured from 304 stainless steel, the corrugated hose is fitted with matching KF flange interfaces at both ends. Standard S4R configurations are available in KF16, KF25, KF40 and KF50, with 500 mm and 1000 mm lengths.

The hose is particularly suited to vacuum pumps, tube furnace systems, manifolds and laboratory gas/vacuum assemblies where a rigid connection is impractical. Alternative lengths are available on request.

Technical Notes
• Select the hose according to the required KF flange size and connection length.
• A compatible KF centering ring, O-ring and quick clamp are required at each connection.
• Avoid sharp bends, excessive twisting or localized mechanical loading of the corrugated section.
• Alternative hose lengths can be supplied for installations requiring a different connection distance.
• Vacuum performance depends on the complete installation and the condition of all sealing interfaces.
