High-Density Ceramic Fiber Insulation Board — High Temperature

Rigid high-density ceramic fiber board designed for thermal insulation in laboratory furnaces, kilns, heating chambers and other high-temperature equipment.

Its aluminosilicate fiber structure provides a lightweight insulating barrier with low heat storage and good thermal stability. The board can be cut or shaped to suit furnace linings, thermal barriers, equipment panels and experimental assemblies.

S4R standard formats are optimized for laboratory use, with larger sheets, alternative thicknesses and custom-cut dimensions available on request.

The standard range focuses on compact and intermediate board sizes suited to laboratory furnaces and thermal-processing equipment. Two sheet formats are available with thicknesses from 10 to 50 mm, allowing the insulation level and structural depth to be selected according to the available installation space. Larger sheets and custom-cut dimensions can be supplied for non-standard assemblies.
