This range of closed-end fused quartz tubes is intended for laboratory applications where the sample or reaction zone must remain contained within the tube. The rounded bottom provides a continuous closed end, while the opposite side remains open for sample loading, connection to suitable laboratory fittings or subsequent sealing.
