Pre-formed pouch-cell cases manufactured from 113 µm PA / aluminum / PP laminated film. Two laboratory formats and multiple cavity depths provide ready-to-use case geometries for pouch-cell research, prototyping and small-batch assembly.
Ready-formed cases for pouch-cell prototyping
The cavity is formed before delivery, reducing pouch preparation steps and providing repeatable geometries for laboratory battery assembly.
Pre-formed cavity
Supplied with the pouch cavity already formed for direct use in laboratory cell preparation.
113 µm laminate
PA / aluminum / PP multilayer construction combining mechanical protection, barrier performance and an inner sealing surface.
Multiple depths
Formed depths from 1 to 6 mm depending on the selected pouch-cell format.
Laboratory pack
Each configuration is supplied in packs of 50 formed cases for research, development and prototype-scale assembly.

Select the case geometry and nominal formed depth according to the required pouch-cell architecture.
PA / aluminum / PP multilayer construction
The 113 µm laminate combines an outer polyamide layer for mechanical protection, an aluminum barrier layer and an inner polypropylene surface for pouch-cell heat sealing.
The same laminate architecture is used across the formed S4R pouch-cell case range for consistency with laboratory pouch-cell fabrication workflows.
