The standard range focuses on compact board formats suited to laboratory furnaces and high-temperature thermal-processing equipment. Two footprints and two insulation thicknesses cover common chamber-lining, hot-face and thermal-barrier requirements while remaining practical for laboratory installation and handling. Larger boards and custom-cut dimensions are available for non-standard furnace configurations.

• The board can be cut and shaped using suitable tools for furnace linings, ports and custom insulation components.
• Avoid concentrated mechanical loading and impact, particularly at edges and corners.
• Cutting and shaping may generate dust; use suitable extraction and appropriate personal protective equipment.

The 300 × 300 mm format is suited to compact furnace chambers, localized insulation and laboratory modifications, while the 600 × 300 mm format provides additional coverage for intermediate furnace assemblies. Select 25 or 50 mm thickness according to the required insulation depth. Larger formats, alternative thicknesses and custom-cut refractory boards can be supplied on request.
