This Electrolytic Tough Pitch copper foil (≥99.8% purity) is designed for stable anode current collection in lithium-ion battery research and laboratory electrode fabrication. Available in thicknesses from 4.5 µm to 50 µm and widths between 80 mm and 280 mm, it is supplied on a 75 mm core to support controlled coating and cell assembly processes.

Defined surface roughness (Ra 0.22–0.25 µm, Rz 1.6 µm) enables consistent slurry adhesion. Tensile strength ranges from 360 MPa to 450 MPa depending on thickness. Suitable for pouch, cylindrical, and coin cell configurations used in battery research and electrochemical testing.
