High-performance composite PP-PE-PP lithium-ion battery separator roll designed for advanced Li-ion cell assembly, electrode stacking, and laboratory-scale battery research.

This tri-layer microporous separator structure (polypropylene / polyethylene / polypropylene) enhances mechanical strength and thermal stability compared to single-layer separators. It offers controlled porosity (40 ± 5%) and very low Gurley air resistance (19–29 s/100 ml), ensuring efficient ionic transport and reliable cell performance.

Suitable for pouch cells, cylindrical cells, and coin cell prototyping.
