Composite Copper Foil (Cu/PET/Cu) Current Collector – 6.5 µm Thickness, 50 m Roll for Lithium-Ion Battery Fabrication
This Cu/PET/Cu composite copper foil is designed for lightweight current collection in lithium-ion battery research and electrode development. The structure consists of vapor-deposited copper layers laminated on a PET substrate, providing a total thickness of 6.5 µm and a roll length of 50 m.
With peel strength ≥0.5 kgf/mm and tensile strength ≥40 MPa, the composite structure offers mechanical stability during coating and cell assembly processes. Available in 180 mm and 280 mm widths, it is suitable for pouch cell fabrication and electrochemical testing applications.
