99% alumina bubble insulation brick designed for high-temperature furnace linings, thermal barriers and refractory assemblies where low heat storage must be combined with greater mechanical strength than fibrous insulation.

The lightweight structure is produced from alumina hollow spheres, providing a rigid refractory component suitable for laboratory furnaces, sintering equipment and high-temperature process chambers. Standard S4R sizes use the common 230 × 114 mm brick footprint in three practical thicknesses.

Alternative thicknesses, custom dimensions and machined refractory components are available on request.

The standard range uses a 230 × 114 mm refractory-brick footprint with three thicknesses selected for laboratory furnace construction, localized hot-zone insulation and replacement work. The 1.4 g/cm³ density grade provides a practical balance between thermal insulation and mechanical strength. Alternative thicknesses, custom dimensions and machined configurations are available for non-standard furnace assemblies.

Selection & Custom Sizes
The 30 mm thickness is suited to localized insulation and applications where installation depth is limited. The 50 mm format provides a general-purpose refractory section, while the 65 mm version corresponds to the standard full-brick format commonly used for furnace lining. Alternative thicknesses, custom-cut dimensions and special refractory geometries can be supplied on request.
