The S4R 304 Stainless Steel Roller Mill Jar is designed for laboratory grinding, mixing and homogenization of powders and solid materials in compatible roller mill systems.

Manufactured from 304 stainless steel, the jar features a thick-wall cylindrical body suitable for repeated laboratory use. Its smooth internal surface helps reduce material retention on the chamber walls and facilitates sample discharge and cleaning between successive milling operations.

The jar is equipped with a quick clamp lid secured by a central screw and wing nut. This closure system allows convenient opening and closing while maintaining the lid in position during operation.

The horizontal cylindrical geometry is specifically suited to rolling applications in which the jar rotates continuously on the rollers of a compatible laboratory mill. Grinding balls and the sample move inside the chamber during rotation, providing repeated mechanical impact and mixing action.

Standard capacities are available from 500 mL to 3 L. The appropriate jar size, grinding media and operating conditions should be selected according to the sample, required grinding action and roller mill configuration.
