304 Stainless Steel Grinding Jar with Lid

The S4R 304 Stainless Steel Grinding Jar with Lid is designed for laboratory grinding, milling, mixing and homogenization of solid samples. Its robust one-piece construction and thick walls make it suitable for repeated use in planetary ball mills and other compatible laboratory milling systems.

The internal chamber features a rounded bottom profile designed to reduce material accumulation in sharp corners during the grinding process. The smooth interior and carefully finished surfaces facilitate sample recovery and cleaning between successive milling operations.

The stainless steel surfaces are electrolytically polished to improve smoothness and corrosion resistance. This finishing process also provides a clean, uniform appearance suitable for professional laboratory environments.

The jar can be used for both wet and dry grinding. It is supplied with a matching stainless steel lid and sealing ring to help contain the sample during operation.

Standard capacities are available from 50 mL to 1 L, with larger sizes and custom dimensions available according to the user’s milling equipment and technical requirements.
