This 11 µm copper mesh foil is designed as a structured current collector substrate for lithium-ion battery anode fabrication and electrochemical research. Supplied in 80 m roll format with a 290 mm total width (260 mm porous area), it supports controlled coating of active materials on a conductive mesh architecture.

The mesh features a 0.25 mm pore size with 0.8 mm spacing between pores. Nominal composition includes Cu+Ag ≥99.8% with controlled trace elements. Each roll has a net weight of approximately 2 kg and is vacuum packaged for laboratory use.
