This open-cell copper foam sheet is used as a high-porosity current collector substrate for lithium-ion battery and fuel cell research. Supplied in 480 × 300 mm format, it is available in 0.5 mm and 1.6 mm thickness options to accommodate different mechanical and loading requirements.

With purity ≥99.9%, porosity ranging from 50–98%, and through-hole rate ≥98%, the three-dimensional conductive structure enables efficient electrolyte penetration and active material coating in laboratory-scale electrochemical applications.
